The work has been stimulating, and my colleagues have been pleasures to interact with.

Cons

This location (and the company as a whole, I think) is currently undergoing some high growth, which may make things like office space a tad more scarce over time. However, management has been handling this expansion well.

My first job, not counting internships and co-ops, but I love working here. I get to solve engaging and challenging engineering and research problems for a living. Lots of technically exceptional people with whom to work with and bound ideas off. Management tries to provide the resources we need and stay out of the way. Provides good amenities such as lake access, patio, fire pits, and grills.

Cons

Could maybe use a little more coffee variety in the common spaces.
