Pros
Easy-ish job. Expectations aren’t crazy. US sales leadership listens if they can, but ignores when it conflicts with board directives. When pay is good, it’s not a bad job. Selling the products are easy up front, but harder to maintain long term.
Cons
Product quality and inventory issues come in waves. One fire gets put out as two more pop up. Some recent quota adjustments to account for product issues (out of salesforce’s control) were promised but not delivered, and instead replaced with a sales spiff. New senior leadership seems ultimately self-interested rather than willing to fix systemic issues. All major problems will be inherited by next company owner.
