Hybrid, work from home a few days a week,

Cons

Horrible upper management, changes constantly. Company is constantly being bought/sold by private equity. Every few years everything changes from health benefits, to 401K to new CEO's to new upper management. People being laid off. Worries of being let go anytime company is bought and sold. Not a stable situation to be working in!
