You can run your business/territory as your own. Not much micro management.

Cons

Worst products in the industry/space - most customers wont switch even with significant price discounts. Terrible comp plan, which was revamped when former CFO, Tom Testa, took over CEO position 2 years ago. Leadership team is useless and no real outlook on where the company is heading.
