nice co-workers and nice office enviroment

Cons

Horrible management, company is going through a transition stage and has terminated many hard working, long time employees that built the company. No commitment to employees. Company is not stable, employees always afraid of loosing their jobs even though work performance has been great. Extremely stressful environment.
