      Good insurance, product samples, always new products to sell

      Cons

      Low pay, old school management mentality "beat them down so they will perform". Outdated systems, No respect for employee's, extreme favoritism shown to a few, hostile work environment. Low employee moral. The company pits all divisions against each other, so you are in direct competition with your own company.

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
