Pros
Pay was ok if you just provide for yourself and don't have a lot of bills to pay.
Cons
Not much room for advancement. Top raise you can receive a year is only 30 cents and thats only if you are a role model employee. The company values safety but pushes employees to surpass there productivity limits which in return causes a lot of unnecessary injuries at the job.
