      Pros

      Brand exposure, industry trends and techniques available, good store hours, access to professional products. Company wide incentives were great and we had great samples and discounts.

      Cons

      Horribly underpaid, inconsistent management, technologically underdeveloped, constant tech/POS systems, inadequate corporate communication. It really felt like a battle between pleasing the customers and making sure to keep corporate off your tail.

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
