I can't speak for all locations but from what I experienced it seems like the whole company is toxic. -soo much gossip. Even from management and supervisors. -chaotic environment -hard work for little pay -customers expect you to formulate for them and tell them what they should do with their clients -sometimes times you are there by yourself and have to get clients checked out, answer the phone and help customers find things all at the same time. Super stressful. -standing all day and judged if you need to sit for a minute -i work as a hairstylist and also did this job part time and was judged for not being there as much as the full time employees?? Managers would make condescending comments about how it must be nice that I get so much time off and regularly had to explain that I work TWO jobs. -i did not feel comfortable working here, I experienced condescending comments from management every shift.
