      Pros

      Loved the industry! Brands always sent the best education, samples, sales reps. The customers are wonderful people. Business events and fellow employees make work fun. Opportunities for health insurance.

      Cons

      Skeleton crews to fill the business hours. Upper management will let you work yourself into the ground without even acknowledging the hard work thats being done. The pay is terrible, bonuses arent that big and you have to work hard to earn them. Not much room to grow in the company.

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
