The EXCO team is very thoughtful about the strategic vision of the company and super focused on brining client facing solutions to drive the value of our company. Heavily investing in AI-Native technologies to stay competitive and bring products to market faster.

      Remote working has led to calendars filled with lots of on-line meetings.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

      Cons

      Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
