Pros

I worked with some good people that were equally frustrated with this company. I stressed the importance of doing a good job and showing up daily to do good work together. I tried to change the work culture, but it’s very hard within this company. It’s a company of companies and dysfunctional by nature. The number one reason people leave a job is because they aren’t making progress. We did not make progress.

Cons

Lack of processes, lack of the ability to integrate an acquisition, lack of vision and lack of data scientists to get a huge data house in order. I can design something all day long, but if the data is bad or simply cannot be exposed, my work is useless. Customers see that! You can’t fool anyone when they can check data accuracy with the likes of our competitors.

Pros

Excellent culture with genuinely supportive and collaborative teammates. Leadership has a clear vision for the future, and there is a strong focus on innovation and customer value. I've been impressed by the professionalism of the onboarding process, the willingness of people across the organization to help, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. It feels like a company that is investing in both its people and its products.

Cons

As with any organization going through transformation and growth, there are opportunities to continue streamlining processes and improving cross functional communication. The positive part is that the teams are receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
