Pros

Can be flexible with time -1st year paid time off is decent -They will hire ANYONE of any educational level

Cons

-No advancement -No skills learnt -Everything you learn does not transfer to a different company, your resume will not look any better -Routine, repetitive tasks and duties -No brainpower needed -it is an outsourcing function; companies only outsource their least important and monotonous tasks -Poor pay -Lack of employee morale -Leans heavily on favoritism; they reward social participation rather than productivity

Pros

- The company genuinely prioritizes employee mental health and well being, which is refreshing. - They have honored their commitment to a flexible hybrid work model, and the engaging ERG events on in office days make you want to be there. - It is a culture that rewards team players with a strong work ethic. - As a smaller company, you feel like your contributions truly matter.

Cons

- While benefits are provided, including the great half day well being days, the primary health insurance is a plan with a high deductible rather than a standard copay model, which could be an area for improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
