Pros

People don't know each other and do not need to know each other since Corelogic is comprised of all acquired different companies.

Cons

Expensive health insurance, overall benefits are not good. Stingy pay increase that the yearly review happens in Summer time and the maximum pay increase rate is 3% for the top performance people and there is a very limited chance you can get there, if you are lucky enough to get there there is also an upper cap for the absolute amount. Non-supportive environment, no employee is important that you are only a name exist on paper, when you have different opinions all they want to do is get rid of you. If you decide to work here please do be very cautious.

Pros

Excellent culture with genuinely supportive and collaborative teammates. Leadership has a clear vision for the future, and there is a strong focus on innovation and customer value. I've been impressed by the professionalism of the onboarding process, the willingness of people across the organization to help, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. It feels like a company that is investing in both its people and its products.

Cons

As with any organization going through transformation and growth, there are opportunities to continue streamlining processes and improving cross functional communication. The positive part is that the teams are receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
