Pros

There was a ton of opportunity presented to me to learn, grow and expand my career path and industry knowledge

Cons

Constant turn over of Director to VP level management and each new person came in with their own ideas. The staff is forced to do a complete 180 and work with a different process, 6 months later, do it again, 6 months later, do it again. This finally did taper off, but not until the damage was done and our reputation in the segment ruined. The management further has no clue on the staff level employees doing the work... you're a number and they only care about what the stockholders thing... but I guess that's corporate America, so is to be expected.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
