Pros

Middle management (depending on department) is great with working with employees. Schedule changes are easily made and again depending on manager or supervisor, they gave done the job they are managing.

Cons

Speaking as someone who has a college degree....Executive pay and executive understanding of every job function is way out of balance. They ask for more out of employees than they themselves are willing to give. In addition, executives take little time to actually speak or know persobally the employees. Executives are way overpaid, in relation to the people actually doing the work. I believe any executive would last 2 weeks doing the job that they are managing. Then when bonuses (if there are any offered to employees) executives are silent when they receive them. In closing, the executives receive bonuses for pushing hourly employees to work overtime and they give little care to give meaningful bonuses to the employees who actually do the work.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
