Chronic understaffing has led to burnout across teams. Budgets and perks have been stripped away, work is heavily micromanaged, and internal processes are chaotic with very poor strategic direction. Leadership seems disconnected from the mission that once defined the brand. Despite outward messaging around being “people-first,” that philosophy is not practiced internally. Honest feedback or "radical candor" that was once encouraged will get you fired or pushed out. It’s heartbreaking to see how much the culture has declined and how many incredibly talented people have left without any jobs lined up as a result.
