Growing business and holding on to small business values - Anonymous employee Cottingham & Butler Employee Review

This was my first dive into the insurance industry and the leadership team has been wonderful at helping me learn and grow into this industry. The company is not a small company anymore, but still holds on to their business values. I work in a satellite office and they value us feeling like a part of the main office. The CEO still makes an effort to meet everyone that works for his company, that still stands out to me 8 months later.
