Pros
Benefits are OK (not great) but better than other places locally Flexible work atmosphere/not micromanaged Team mentality Some very smart coworkers On the up-side, the business continues to do well and be profitable (however, the average employee will not see any of this come back to them).
Cons
Total compensation is very lacking unless you are on the sales team People who support sales get very little reward compared to sales, even though you will be told again and again how valuable you are Company will take advantage of good, hard workers General philosophy is that everyone is replaceable. Won't try too hard to retain truly good employees. Some TRULY stupid coworkers. As in, you're wondering how they manage to get to work each day. Male-dominated atmosphere with sexual harassment running rampant. Locker room talk is perfectly acceptable and encouraged by male team leaders/practice leaders and it leads to an overall toxic environment over time if you are a woman.
