Pros

Good company if you are in sales.

Cons

Compensation is well below market averages. Benefits are subpar to average. Company focuses SOOOO much on rewarding the sales team, the service team always felt neglected. Even if you had amazing client retention, the company would give you maybe a small bonus (like <$2K annually) or a $25 gift card. So miniscule compared to the sales commissions, sales award ceremonies and trips. I worked 50-60+ hours per week on the service team, and would see sales guys putting in hardly 40 hours per week making 5x+ as much. So frustrating. The lack of diversity at the company is shocking too, and when I was at the company there was 0 focus on DEI initiatives.
