Pros

Job security…a few other coworkers.

Cons

You will always be over worked and be required to handle more than you know how to do or want to do. Turn over is very high because claim counts are very high. Empty promises of getting more help to take claims off your desk never comes. Requesting help from supervisors comes with a slower than molasses in January resolution until you decide to put your notice in…then it matters. Supervisors stick together so no matter if one is acting unprofessionally, they will cover up for each other. Executives don’t care to keep politics out of the job and must spew their opinions heavily during town halls and other monthly meetings. Executives don’t feel market salary increases are necessary and made it more than clear those won’t be done. CBCS is one of the lowest paying companies. Retention is super low.
