Cottingham & Butler works you hard, that's just the name of the game. There was also VERY minimal diversity and no effort to instill any kind of DEI initiatives, though that's partly the fault of where the business is located. Any talk of being more open and celebratory of the diversity of employees didn't really go anywhere.
