Pros
Employee discount. Cheapest place to buy milk Small community vibe; you get to know and like your customers Management is easy to talk to and air concerns. Transfers to other stores very possible and easy to do Good customer service experience
Cons
Customers can also be rude and tend to get irate when gas is high Carding minors and young people will almost always result in a fight between you and the young client. (so much attitude!!!) Upper management hands out warnings when you do not deserve them If 24 hrs, hard to find good night people who are reliable and show up on time to relieve you. Minimum wage if day shift. No chance for salary raise. Long hours standing with sometimes nothing to do.
