Pros
The hours are somewhat odd because these stores are open 24/7. The morning shift is from 7am to 3pm, day shift is from 3pm to 11pm, and the night shift is from 11pm to 7am. The hours are fine for someone like me who enjoys having their afternoons free for various things like homework or gatherings. Hours are generally flexible as long as your manager knows when not to schedule you, you can also normally switch with a coworker if you inform your manager. Free coffee, and discounts on gas and various other products. Better than minimum wage.
Cons
Again, hours may seem off to people used to later starts/earlier finishes. Many odd people walk into the store, some nice, some not-so-nice.
