Pros

Country meadows is family-owned and operated. You're encouraged to speak to the CEO if you feel the problem is to that extent. Lots of opportunity for growth! Also, you don't need a degree to grow either :)

Cons

Salary. This industry is difficult though, because I think it'd be pretty similar if you went to any other assisted living facility.

I have been at Country Meadows for over 17 years, as have many of my teammates. One of the things I value most is working for a truly family-owned company where the owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. They genuinely care for both employees and residents.

Cons

There is a lot to do in a day's work, however it is very rewarding.
