We never tire of hearing it's the co-workers and residents who make it all worthwhile. That's so important. As are wages which is why we frequently research other companies' compensation and benefits packages to ensure we are competitive and fair and based on those findings, make adjustments where needed. When we have openings on shifts, we call upon our PRN (as needed) co-workers to help fill in temporarily. However it is extremely important our teams take their breaks to re-energize, and we are concerned to learn you had to forgo yours at times. That is never our intent.
