Any time we have had an opening in the dining department, our dining management has pitched in to ensure communication is clear, dining service is not delayed and meals are served well prepared as they too are part of the team. Our staff uses their phones to access resident information, review their related tasks and document completion of those tasks. Our staffing levels continue to remain above the state's requirements, and even during the pandemic, we were able to retain our teams while other companies were conducting layoffs or furloughs, plus offer appreciation pay to all campus staff in all roles. We value each and every co-workers' contributions (including yours) as it takes everyone to provide the compassionate care and service our warm-hearted (not "warm bodies") residents deserve.
