-Being understaffed or overstaffed: Between May-August, country meadows is overstaffed with college students returning for summer work giving less hours to others. But between August-April lack of staff requires everyone to work more hours then needed or wanted. While still only receiving the benefits of part time, not full-time, even if exceeding 40+ hours a pay period.
-Company reviews are done by the management, not by the employees. Giving a biased rating.
