Pros

I have been with Country Meadows for over 10 years and I started as an entry level front line staff member. They have helped me to grow into the professional I am today and continue to help me grow to this day. Even before making this my career instead of my job I was valued and respected as a member of a team caring for our wonderful residents. Long before entering into management I had met every member of the Leader family that works for the company, you can't say things like that about regular companies. While the job we do is difficult and sometimes challenges us you are supported non-stop from both your co-workers and your managers. I genuinely love our mission and my part it making it happen every day.

Losing Long-Term Residents can be Challenging

Pros

I have been at Country Meadows for over 17 years, as have many of my teammates. One of the things I value most is working for a truly family-owned company where the owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. They genuinely care for both employees and residents.

Cons

There is a lot to do in a day's work, however it is very rewarding.
