      Pros

      Great residents! For the most part the coworkers are great! Close location to my house. Benefits are pretty good... double on holiday, double if you work longer than 8 hours in one day, full-time is 53 hours, paid bday etc.

      Cons

      -manager gossip about other coworkers to other coworkers. -watched a manager yell at a coworker in the dining room... Pointing her finger in the coworkers face! -favoritism -over worked not enough compensation for the work you do. -under staffed. -personal care resident bullying other residents and degrading staff! -losing its family like fun atmosphere like they once had. -smallest campus with a lot of issues. -no chance for growth in certain departments without driving a good bit to another campus.

      Pros

      I have been at Country Meadows for over 17 years, as have many of my teammates. One of the things I value most is working for a truly family-owned company where the owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. They genuinely care for both employees and residents.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do in a day's work, however it is very rewarding.
