This was followed by weekly touch bases and of course being available for any needs in the between. Our time-off policy combines any reason you may need time away at your discretion. You’ve earned it; it’s your choice in how to use it: sick, vacation, dr’s appointments, self-care. The program was created to offer co-workers flexibility and convenience. Our residents and co-workers pride themselves in creating a culture of welcome and belonging, as validated in our recent resident and co-worker surveys. On point, our Forks Township campus earned the highest company score in the statement: When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome—97% of campus co-workers agree.
