Pros
Recently on a weekend that I worked, there was an issue that involved a local water main bursting, which caused the Campus to not have water. This caused many problems in every department. However a very negative problem was turned into a positive. Every Department Head came in and every Associate worked together. Every problem that was caused by not having water was solved by the management and general staff working as a team for the best of our Residents. Its very nice to know that when it really matters management and staff can step up and do what needs done as a team, to make the difference in the lives of those we serve. Personally it was a reminder of why I am proud to be part of Country Meadows.
Cons
I think that the most obvious negative aspect of working at Country Meadows is a common one among most companies. We often struggle with communication.
