We did want to clarify a few comments you had made: Co-workers begin accruing paid time off on their first day which rolls over year over year, and each year they have the opportunity to buy back any unused PTO up to 40 hours. This is in addition to the option of banking paid holidays if scheduled to work and receiving payment of any unused banked holiday hours each year. We also offer career paths including nursing. Co-workers can advance professionally and earn promotions and raises in accomplishing their career goals.
