We did want to clarify a few comments you had made: Co-workers begin accruing paid time off on their first day which rolls over year over year, and each year they have the opportunity to buy back any unused PTO up to 40 hours. This is in addition to the option of banking paid holidays if scheduled to work and receiving payment of any unused banked holiday hours each year. We also offer career paths including nursing. Co-workers can advance professionally and earn promotions and raises in accomplishing their career goals. Be sure to reach out to the Training and Development coordinator at the Bethlehem campus to learn if this is something you might be interested in pursuing. As co-workers move along these career paths, we look for more great, caring individuals to join our team. The average tenure of co-workers at our Bethlehem Nursing Center is 6 years across all roles and specifically 8 years among our nurses. We value their commitment to our residents and company.
