I'm given the freedom to adjust the menu items and recipes based on resident feedback.
The residents are wonderful, and we have a great rapport built on open communication. This allows me to address any concerns quickly and effectively. They are always respectful if they do have a complaint—and they love sharing compliments, too!
Cons
The optional LegalShield benefit is incredibly unhelpful. It was a waste of money. They were unable to assist in any of the ways they advertised.
