      Pros

      Great teamwork- within the kitchen and across departments. Lots of fun events. Great work/life balance- especially compared to other food service jobs. Staff who genuinely care about their jobs and the residents they take care of. Good pay and benefits. I'm given the freedom to adjust the menu items and recipes based on resident feedback. The residents are wonderful, and we have a great rapport built on open communication. This allows me to address any concerns quickly and effectively. They are always respectful if they do have a complaint—and they love sharing compliments, too!

      Cons

      The optional LegalShield benefit is incredibly unhelpful. It was a waste of money. They were unable to assist in any of the ways they advertised.

      Pros

      I have been at Country Meadows for over 17 years, as have many of my teammates. One of the things I value most is working for a truly family-owned company where the owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. They genuinely care for both employees and residents.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do in a day's work, however it is very rewarding.
