Pros
The County provides a lot of time off - annual leave, holidays, 4/10 schedules. CalPERS for retirement - pensions are a thing of the past. Some flexibility.
Cons
The HR Executive Management team is trying to perpetuate a culture of change while believing that change comes from the bottom up. No accountability from executive management, service managers, senior analysts, etc. Department full of non-performers with only a few exceptions.
