- management are toxic, controlling miserable people who are not monitored the way they should be - pay is low and not worth or equal to the work you are expected to finish/complete - Retaliation tactics are often practiced or nonsensical protocols are put in place to control you and/or "punish" you - almost every person I've interacted with in different departments with this County have said they are miserable and have had some sort of extreme case of stress due to how the County chooses to treat its workers and handle work disputes - Pathetic morale/support
