Bad Management Favoritisms Unsafe ( Vehicles are not inspected they are beat up and run down) brakes bad , bald tires. Bullies ( Managers will make threats like fire you if you don’t do as they please) even have a lead driver have make threats like he’s the boss. They don’t care about your safety you can slip and fall on ice, get bit by a dog, get a attack by a random person while on delivery (which all of this has had happen ) CDS did not care, the Managers had no compassion for these tragic events they wanted the very next day for you to still work after all that.. because they can’t loose money. You’re nothing but a body to them that can used to run you over if they could.
