This place has the worst training I have ever experienced. The trainer can’t sit still long enough to teach anything and gets visibly upset when you don’t understand something. When asking questions you are often interrupted and given unnecessary information. When your trainer is not looking at their phone they are bad mouthing other employees to their coworkers. Division of labor doesn’t Exist here and you will be held accountable for everything that is missed. The employees that have been for a year plus are considered untouchable because the work place is so mismanaged that they are irreplaceable. Don’t get a job here unless you personally know someone here. Oh I forgot to mention despite the claim that it takes 6 months to get trained I was given a written warning for subpar work within 1 month and fired 2 days later without any further reasoning. Do not quit a job to work here!!!
