Pros
Open communication with corporate, employees, customers and Franchise Owners. They have worked diligently to ensure they're hiring and promoting honest strong employees. PCS corporate are all seasoned employees who worked their way up in the company and are always wanting the best for the company, their employees and franchise owners. Its refreshing to see people in corporate who have worked in each position so they fully understand what each employee is going through on a day to day basis.

Past employees who did not do the right thing but try to say the company was in the wrong.
