Pros

Good sized database of leads to work with; daily & weekly & monthly phone calling bonuses available. Thorough training and information available to learn the business and janitorial industry. Good commissions paid for sales. Covered parking is nice - esp. during inclement weather. Centrally located near freeways. Nice holiday perks!

Cons

Language is pretty coarse; software is antiquated; no wifi for personal cell phones since in lower level (and no windows). Methods of measuring and preparing proposals/bids varies by person, and hard to please boss. Sales meetings were informative, but not always very positive.
