Pros

Self-driven, great coworkers, and lots of flexibility. Inside and outside sales therefore you do not have to sit in the office all day and there is little micromanagement if you hit your sales and proposal volume.

Cons

It can be difficult to get your foot in the door and close accounts which means collecting commission can be difficult. However, if you are persistent you will be successful
