Many of our entry-level salespeople have been promoted into management positions because of their motivation and drive to learn and grow. Growth is an area that is heavily supported in Brokerage! There is a process that every new salesperson goes through to build their book of business, which leads to future success. We know that it takes time to build, so there are systems in place to help new people earn more during that early period. Because our managers work in the same area with their employees - everyone has open access to management and well as monthly meetings to get everyone’s feedback and input.
