Pros

Not real any other than direct deposit.

Cons

(1) They lied about having two [2] ways of paying drivers because you will never get any miles. (2) Dispatchers will lie on you and change appointment times so you will need to screenshot your work. (3) They require you to violate your HOS by doing safety training videos on your time off and then not paying you for them. (4) A big lack of communication is a huge problem, you will have to figure it out for yourself that receivers and shippers are closed with no phone numbers and wrong addresses. (5) They are a very dishonest company that allows office members to be caught lying on you and still able to keep their jobs. (6) By far the cheapest trucking company I ever worked for being a real penny pincher with low pay. (7) Every week you have to be your own payroll manager and carefully monitor your pay, because it's a job within itself. My advice is to find another company, because it's not worth it. Go back a few years and look at the cons and therefore I should have listened. Don't be me... So don't walk, run. Don't run, fly. Don't fly, teleport....

Pros

Home Time Is Reliable ,Easy Work (No-Touch Freight).

Cons

There is no overtime pay, and the benefits package is limited. Drivers are often required to work 60–70 hours per week at straight time. Routes are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is little predictability—you typically don’t know your route until the start of your shift. The equipment is equipped with radar-based safety systems, including speed control and automatic emergency braking, which can be restrictive and take time to adjust to, contributing to a more stressful driving experience.
