IT Manager - Anonymous employee Cox Automotive Employee Review

Very confused organizational structure, constant re-orgs that don't stick. Super top-heavy Director level focused on internal politics, not managing and improving area and people. No accountability for under performing management. Result is that majority of workforce is mentally checked out with many people not even bothering to put in a 40 hour week, mainly there to keep collecting paycheck and benefits for as long as possible. Company as a whole just seems to be going through the motions.
