Great Benefits and if you are good at sales will make alot of extra money.
Cons
call center environment so you have to be able to deal with difficult customers in a calm friendly manner. you can only schedule time off if its available. you are often placed in the technical support que with little or no training. attendence is strict you are marked with an "occurence" if you log in after 2 minute. it can be stressful at times so this job is not right for everyone.
