      Access to training and technology, emphasis on civil treatment for employees, pay, benefits

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on being "civil" and not enough on being "honest"; fears about job security are rampant, so employees are sticking knives in each others' backs; leaders are afraid for their own jobs, so they no longer risk standing up for their employees

      Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

      Cons

      Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
