      Excellent culture, excellent benefits, good pay, provides lots of training. Financially stable.

      Cons

      Management makes a huge difference. We sell TV commercials and those with experience in broadcast TV sales and have great client relationships help a lot. Those who see cable TV as worth dramatically more per viewer and are from out of market make the job more challenging.

      good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

      company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
