Pros
The employees are given medical benefits their very first day of employment. There are also many perks that comes with the job: free or reduced cable, internet, and phone services.
Cons
As with any job, there are a few cons to working for Cox Communications. In my experience there, there are usually unqualified supervisors who do not make very good leaders and, they are kept in that position due to favoritism. The work can also get repetitive and boring.
