Cons
It's a sales job that you are doing a lot of customer service with. Your job entails about 70% customer service and 30% sales. However, your performance evaluation is based on 70% sales and 30% customer service. All they care about is selling and numbers. They really don't care too much about the customers. All they care about is bundling them and maximizing each customers revenue. Commission structure is ridiculous. If you don't hit your phone goal or bundle sell in it is very low. Also, the phone goal and BSI is too high to hit consistently and consists of 65% of your commission.
