Pros

There was a tremendous focus on employee development - training, creating a team oriented environment. There was great flexibility to do what needed to be done. Very customer and employee oriented organization; in general, a good corporate culture to work in.

Cons

There were frequent organizational changes which made it difficult to create a stable work environment. While autonomy was encouraged, the down side was a lack of visibility to management
